Regal opened Lettings Maidstone in 1999 offering
lettings, property management, client accounts and independent financial advice.
It was our belief that lettings in Maidstone had been treated with secondary
importance compared to sales agents. Regal were the first agent to full and half
page colour adverts in the local papers and to staff our offices with industry
professionals.
Lettings Maidstone offered lettings in Maidstone,
lettings Bearsted, Lettings Lenham, Lettings West Malling, Lettings in Kings
Hill and Lettings in Leybourne and Larkfield. In addition we were prepared to
offer lettings in Ashford to cater to the substantial demand for professional
agents.
With a strong relationship with developers in
Maidstone, Regal took a substantial share of all new build lettings and quickly
became a market leader.
Maidstone is the county town of Kent and offers
excellent transport links with the M2 and M20 motorways and two links by rail
into London. Maidstone now includes hamlets such as Allington, Bearsted,
Barming, Penenden Heath, Sandling, Tovil and Grove Green.
