Regal opened the lettings and property management
branch in Rainham after looking to build on the success of our lettings
Maidstone Branch. The official opening was in 2002 and the branch immediately
offered lettings in Rainham, Gillingham, Walderslade, Sittingbourne and most of
Medway. To complement the Lettings service, the branch also offered property
management, client accounts and an investment service designed to offer our
clients a full one stop solution.
The town of Rainham is part of the Medway Towns
conurbation. Situated with good links to the M2 and M20 motorways and with a
railway line to London.
Rainham lettings is one of Regal’s biggest success
stories and our fastest growing lettings office.
