Regal opened Lettings Rochester in early 2007 after
extensive refurbishment of our stunning corner office on Rochester High Street.
Our previous local office, Lettings Chatham, had squeezed the market enjoyed by
Rainham and we had not gained any foothold in the Strood area. St Mary’s island
represented a large part of our lettings business and we felt it could be
service by both lettings Rainham and the new Lettings Rochester.
The office has large windows on Rochester High
Street and can showcase over 120 properties in our displays. The mix of modern
and contemporary furnishings has made the office a talking point in Rochester,
Chatham and Strood.
Rochester Lettings offers Lettings in Rochester,
Lettings in Strood, Lettings St Mary’s Island, Lettings Dartford, Lettings
Gravesend and Lettings throughout Medway which is not covered by Rainham
Lettings.
Rochester is part of the Medway Towns Conurbation.
Situated with good links to the M2 and M20 motorways and with a railway line to
London. Rochester is a tourist attraction with its beautiful cathedral and
castle and is the home of the yearly Dickens festival.
